Can't generate resource pack

Hi ! I have a problem with itemsadder generate resource pack.

im using /iazip command for generate , command is working but the resource pack doesn't generating. And saying

the resource pack's size is : 0 bytes / 100 mb

Im not at good when im working with plugins, im newbie. So can you help me ?

LoneDev Solved. I think problem was the server language. I edit the run.bat flags and its works.
