Bungee PackFix does not ensure that the packs are updated on the adjacent servers?

Server 1: 8 textures

Server 2: 7 textures, manual addition is required and the new textures are not automatically added by server 1

On the BungeeCord server do I only need the one jar?

If I'm wrong then I need help

I followed exactly that.

My question is how does adding textures work?

Do I have to add this manually for all servers or is it possible for the sub-server to pull the current textures from the main server.

I didn't understand if that works or not

It depends how you configured your servers.
You should really check the bungeepackfix diagram which explains how the plugin should be used and how it works.

Basically the plugin is meant for networks who have itemsadder configured on a single spigot server, and all other servers will have the itemsadder hosting method set to "external hosting" which leads to the first spigot server resourcepack URL.
Itemsadder is installed on all servers but only one server has the self-hosting enabled. All other servers use external-host and have its URL set to the first spigot server resourcepack url (which can be obtained using /iainfo command).
