How do you create custom blocks with custom blocks state?

Hi. I'm looking to create a custom block with custom blocks state, specially because I want to use the "powered=true" blockstate, some of my questions are:

1) In the first place, it's possible to create custom blocks using noteblock's 'powered=true' state?
2) Is there any way to specify manually the 'powered=true' state?

I tried modify the generated.zip by going to minecraft -> blockstate -> note_block.json and changed it to 'powered=true' but it doesn't work because after I restart the server and everything I placed the block and it returns back to a normal texture

I'm not sure how block states work with IA, maybe @LoneDev can clarify?

ItemsAdder already should be able to generate noteblocks using the `powered=true` attribute.
It will generate them using that attribute as soon as you reach some total amount of blocks.

Not sure why you're trying to manually create blocks as ItemsAdder is meant to be used as framework to forget about creating things manually.. doing that manually you're basically voiding the whole ItemsAdder purpose.

The whole purpose of this is that I want to see how ItemsAdder interacts with powered="true" blocks, as you know if you interact with a block the block state change.

So what I'm worry is that I keep adding new blocks and then the "powered=true" blockstate doesn't work, It was mostly for testing purposes.

But if you said that IA should automatically do that then I think that's good enough for me.
