Remove text in hud

how can I remove the "inventory" text?

Here is the exact config from my server that does what you'd want.
In your case, you'd want to only use "container.inventory": " "
not the rest.

#This file contains language edits to general things in C0D3.

You'd have to find the place in the lang file that incudes that string of text "Inventory" and edit it in a Iaconfig to display as "".

I'll provide an example in a minute.
