As noted in the vscode extension notes:
The speed of the armor animation. Default speed is 24, but you can customize it until you find the right speed value
If I recall 24 is 1 second, so each frame will play for 1 second if you set 24.
Each frame will run for 0.5 seconds if you set 12 and so on.
Do your tests until you find a good value for your animation.
