How to make permission only breakable blocks?

Basically, as the title says, I've been having trouble with creating a block that is only breakable by those who have certain permission. I have followed the wiki, but I just can't get the thing to work. Can anyone help me?

The permission would be "ia.user.block.break.iatutorial.blocktest"

Okay that makes a lot more sense. But what does the "permission"/"permission_suffix" do then?

I believe the permission is for seeing it in the /ia gui for getting the item that way. As for the suffix, I've honestly no idea. It's not a feature I've used as I see no need.

Can you run /lp editor and send me the link? Feel free to dm me it on discord, just so I can look over your permissions and how they are set up. (I can't make any changes without permissions on your server itself)
