How to prevent furniture rotation and stacking in one block?

How can I make item_frame furniture unrotatable after placing it and how can I prevent it from stacking in one block like on the screenshot?

Hey Koary, if you use worldguard there is a specific flag hooked into it to prevent people interacting with placed furniture. This will be in the last few pages of region flags. Flag is called "ia-placed-furniture-interact" and "ia-placed-itemframe-interact"

As for the stacking in one block, that is something I'm not familiar with. Could I see your files for this specific piece of furniture?

Stacking in one block works with every furniture, like if you placing item frames in each other. Here's the file
