Cosmeticcore Resource Pack not working

I have been trying to get Cosmeticcore's resource pack to load and it won't, I’m pretty sure I followed the instructions to a T. I have Cosmeticcore, ModelEngine, MythicMobs, and MCPets. I've gotten the mechanics to work for them all, and I've gotten the resource pack merged and working for all of them except Cosmeticcore. Any pointers or ideas to fix this?

restlessnord I’ve tried it on a test server with only Model Engine, Cosmeticcore, and all necessary support plugins and followed https://cosmeticscore.devs.beer/first-install/install-base-resourcepack/if-you-dont-have-a-resourcepack Exactly and I’m still getting the same thing. I used MCPacks for the resource pack internals.
