Configuration to move down UI

is it possible to move down the minecraft ui? so i have extra space in the top of ui like in the picture i gave with blue brush line . i already successfuly built extra space for right and left space in the ui with blank png by adjust the y position and scale ratio, but how to move down the ui ? any configuration that maybe i can try?

as you can see now in my server the gui became like this, how to bring this minecraft default ui down to follow my .png file texture? so later i can have extra space to draw gui on the top side

KkwetPistache i want to make the texture go up, so it can fit default ui minecraft, what is the configuration to do that? when i have 1 px blank image
