Staff is made of volunteers who want to help the plugins developer to give support to customers.
The only developer and owner of this community is LoneDev.
When is staff available?
LoneDev is available from 8 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday) - Rome Time zone.

Why staff takes long to answer?
As said before staff is made of volunteers, they help only on their free time and only if they have knowledge about your question.
LoneDev is the only developer of these plugins and received tens new support requests each day.
The Discord community has more than 6000 members to answer.
What can I do if no one answers?
Before asking for help you can use the useful links page to check if your question can already be answered.
For example each plugin wiki contains a lot of information.
LoneDev spent many hours writing the most detailed information in the plugins wiki for you to avoid wasting time waiting answers.
Notes
Minecraft gets updated more and more frequently.
Mojang is known to update a lot of the base game code on each update, this requires LoneDev to work a lot on each game update to add compatibility.
This slows down all other tasks like feature requests and support requests.
