Can't use custommodeldata

I created some items using CustomModelData and after updating itemsadder and recreating the pack i can't use the custommodeldata items

LoneDev sorry if i reply just right now so the issue is simple and the logs are clean there is notthing, i created some items using just custommodeldata whitout using itesadder to manage them and they dont show, they remain diamond sword

and i even have a problem whit the esc tab
