Texture Animation and lighting / glowing models

Is it possible to deactivate the shading? Or can I let it glow in any way? (for entities and items like furniture models)

So that it looks like it in blockbench.

Also I'd like to add a texture animation. I only found the possability for armors. How can I do it for entities and items like furniture models?

You can do that just by creating the mcmeta animation file like you'd normally do for an item model.
There are a lot of tutorials online about it.
