I would like to make sure that when a player uses the waterskin, he can fill it by left-clicking on water. But I don't know how to do it, does anyone have a solution?

This isn't possible, your welcome to leave a suggestion on the github though.

LoneDev was explaining to you that he thinks that this would be difficult to implement, and was giving you an example of what the configuration would look like if it was hypothetically a plugin feature.
