Hello, I wanted to know esque Item Adder is compatible with arclight?

Itemsadder is NOT tested on arclight unless it is sometimes needed for a bug report.

I cannot confirm it is supported, usually the plugin is made to work with paper.

I suggest you look at IA's TOS.
