Sync config files between servers

Hi, I want to use ItemsAdder on multiple servers. I read about that every server has to have the exact same config files. Because I want to be able to frequently update the items without going through every server again I thought about creating a symlink from all servers to one folder. But when I start the server that accesses the ItemsAdder Folder via the symlink. I get the error you can see in the picture. Have I done something wrong? Are there better alternatives for syncing the contents of the folder? Im running all servers in pterodactyl. Thanks in advance!

Do not report errors using screenshots.
Always post the log or the error.

Probably your files have a wrong user owner (different from the one used to launch the JAR) or files permissions.
It's a known issue in Java.

Anyway I never tested what you're doing so I have no other idea about what could be the cause other than the ones I provided before.

I personally sync my files in Ptero, via GitHub repo, & symlinks.

I can confirm it does work & that LoneDev is right, you have permission issues
