Item as an Model not loading

I tried to get an ak47 ingame

I used this folder method

This is my config

And I have done this

And this is my AK ingame

Ok now I tried replacing my model with an allready existing. I replaced it with the deadmau5 hat

And for the first time I can see an model of my own in my hand ingame. However the texture isn't loading
All paths should be right.

ok i have fixed it, I can see the texture now. But I still don't understand why it works when redisign an allready existing model but not a new one with a new folder
