Player Heads not loading

I've gotten some reports of player heads (heads on actual people and NPCs) aren't loading when people accept the server's resource pack. Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening and it is only happening to a small amount of users. I wish I could attach a screenshot, but it isn't happening to myself. Is this an ItemsAdder issue?

No, I'm referring to actual heads on users not loading, they are invisible.

Are you perhaps using MacOS?

There is a simular issue relating to this on the github, that couldn't be fixed.
