I cant seem to load 3d texture

I have a problem with my server. i create a items config here example sword1.yml
and i put my 3D model in Namespace/models/item/sword1.json

but when i iazip there is no texture to the model. it becomes a black and purple model
and i have no clue how to fix this and i couldn't find a solution.
