Update paper. This is a paper bug. PaperMC/Paper#9035

Your GraalVM / Java installation lacks some image processing internal libs.
I have no idea how to install them since they are always installed by default. Some obscure Java installation don't offer it for some reason.
ItemsAdder cannot check the image size without that code in your Java installation.
