Litning11 hey! Can you post configuration of the block?
It can be caused because you haven’t set up cancel_drop: true in block configuration
That makes block DOESN’T drops itself on true, on false it does.
So on silktouch it drops itself but no loot, on without silktouch it drops itself + loot
On cancel drop it should drop only loot and on silktouch it should drop just block itself
