I'm looking to make something specific, hoping someone can help. I saw something about this but the link was broken. I'm looking to create a custom block like the nether portal but in the color white and I'm not sure how I would go about it are particles able to be used on a custom block? Right now I have the portal block texture and 8 portal particle textures.
