How do I Manually Play an Animation on an Entity

I have an animated entity, and I want to play a certain animation that is using the "Other" animation type. I have an idle animation but when I try manually playing the "Other" animation type using /iaentity anim play it doesn't do anything and just stays idle. Is there a way to play an animation that overrides the idle animation? I would appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you.

If needed, I can supply more information, I have continued to test it and I can't get an animation to play using this method. I have checked the Wiki and looked through the discord and I never found someone with a similar problem. I'm unsure if this is an issue with the plugin or somehow an issue with how I've set it up. My end goal is using the API to play an animation, but I worry that if the command doesn't work, there's something wrong with my setup. However, after retrying multiple times I'm starting to think otherwise. I would appreciate any help!

Does anybody have any ideas or possible workarounds that I should try? Or should I instead try looking into another solution for playing an animation? Like ModelEngine or something. If not, that's fine but I'd at least like to hear other peoples thoughts to see if I can make some progress.

Anyone have any ideas on this? I have continued to test and have made no luck, not sure if this is an actual ItemsAdder issue or an issue with my configuration. If I can't find a solution, I will probably look into ModelEngine instead since that one can play animations when I tell it to. Whereas I can't get ItemsAdder to play an animation on command no matter what I try.
