Textures that change apples and porkchops don't load.

Hello, I downloaded the default pack just by dropping the compressed zip into itemsadder itself, unarchived it, restarted, iareloaded, iazipped, All items work perfectly, except for anything that changes the vanilla apple or cooked porkchop, they still like like apples and porkchops. Only broken in inventories though, on hand i see the textures fine, aswell as putting them into item frames, they work. My server is Paper 1.20.4 with geysermc, via version (that keeps saying its outdated and to update to a lower version than im already on??) and via backwards/rewind. I do have CustomCrafting, would that be the issue, is IA a viable replacement if so? For vanilla item recipe changes.. anyway heres my logs. Would appreciate some help!

It seems my logs didnt paste the entire thing so heres 2 notable things I found.

Also how does one delete the default grave that comes with IA? I meticulously deleted anything and everything mentioning graves inside of the folder. I found 3 seperate files to delete. But upon restarting reloading and rezipping the graves still show up? It automatically adds all the folders back… This is really hard to get started with, making it impossible to begin creating things. Hope this forum isnt dead! Im sure you could get more popularity if you made a discord server instead, much easier to connect too, get pings from, and more. But most importantly, posting logs is possible on discord!
