Custom Emojis

So, the custom emojis page is worded oddly. I've followed all the instructions, but it seems all of my emojis still come up as rectangular. Not sure what to do. I've reread the wiki like 5 times and double checked everything. I've also looked at the example config and everything looks the same

Yeah, I'm certain I've done everything correctly and I'm just getting frustrated at this point.

But please, be sure you just didnt skipped enything from wiki or so.

I'm pretty certain I didn't skip anything. I checked everything multiple times.

thegemfitness I checked your config, find it was a bit* hard bcz u’ve sent all config files, then in main config.yml I’ve found you use DropBox..did u reuploaded pack into dropbox as it was regenerated with emojis?

Can u try self-host? Few people had problems with external host which was on google drive/dropbox or on another cloud hosting..

And after that u did /iareload and /iatexture?

Then check log if are not present any issues

When nothing will help from these, try same pack on clean server (IA3.6.3 beta 14, protocollib 683 and LoneLibs 1.0.46

psycheer I don't have a steady internet connection, so I can't do self host.

did u reuploaded pack into dropbox as it was regenerated with emojis? Which pack gets updated? Is it "default_pack_2.0.10.zip"

thegemfitness and I forget to mention, self host is running on the server, so ping is technically 0 even without internet

And thats not all!

If u use selfhost, u have not to reuploading your RP every time and it wont affect your players.

If u are using dropbox, you need connection to internet trough whole download cycle, but not with self-host!

Its literaly having that pack in same folder as server is in…

psycheer Okay, reuploading the pack worked! I need to look into self hosting. I was thinking it was something like a local host.

Dont forget to reupload your pack always when u did /iazip!
