I can see that various textures and packs are assigned a custom model data value, from 10000 onwards. So if I choose to delete some textures from the resource pack, that are not used or placed anywhere in the world, then reload the resource pack, is there any risks there?
I'm assuming it just removes the custom model data mappings right, so then if I add new textures/packs, they take that spare number space now created? Or should I instead be manually choosing a custom model data number for every texture, to avoid this sort of stuff?
