Vehicle issue

When I try to spawn a vehicle it doesn't appear and I get this in the console, why is it?

Forge/Spigot combos like CatServer aren't officially supported, as ItemsAdder is specifically a Spigot plugin. You can open a bug report on the GitHub and Lone can take a look at it but it's unlikely to be fixed.
