Missing palette entry for index 0

I have this error for clients which try to load chunks at certain coordinates. I dont know what causes it but I have Iris + ItemsAdderBlocksInjector. I cant really figure out which plugin is causing this but maybe LoneDev with his experience with packets may have any ideas? It is strange that player is on coordinates x=-1180.50, y=155.83, z=1391.5 while biome Location: World: (-303,42,339)

The block might have been removed from itemsadder configurations?
Anyway it's hard to help you without any information about your server and its plugins versions.

Note: the blocks injector is in beta and its stability is not guaranteed because of how the game works.
