Text Effects no longer work

Hello,

The text effects no longer work on my server, they have been broken for awhile but they used to work, I honestly have no idea what could cause it. They are enabled on the config. The <r text> doesn't work same with the hex code however the legacy hex works.

test without any chat plugin, it might be the cause (write here your chat plugin name)
provide your server version, use /version command to get this info
check if config.yml of itemsadder is correctly configured, check if the chat option of font images is enabled
