Item Customizer/Item Adder, stacking items?

I can't seem to isolate a problem I am having where items will randomly not stack together, as well as, clicking recipes sometimes in the crafting recipe book do not pull the items into the crafting table. I may be placing blame on either Item Customizer, ItemAdder, or ServerBooster, because I noticed the issue after I started adding those plugins.

I'm inquiring because I couldn't find if someone has had this issue before and or if it is a known issue. Again, I am still trying to replicate and figure out what is doing this. I can provide a full list of anything you need if that helps, but I'm mainly looking for an answer to whether this is a known issue with any of the following plugins (specifically item customizer, even though it's visual), because I am at my wits end as to how to isolate the issue. Appreciate any insight given, and respectfully understand if this is too vague to give any aid on.

Tags are different, and these items refuse to spawn:

Both Items are bones, which have the [Common] Tag, but the single bone refuses to stack with the other 53 bones. Only after a state change in the tags occurs (I turn a copper block into ingots) can I force things to begin stacking agian.

I thought perhaps it was just old items from before the plugin was installed, and yet this issue still occurred. I am also opped, I'm not sure if that matters, but some players have said they have not noticed this issue. I'm not sure whether that means they just didn't notice it or if the issue has something to do with my own level of permission.

After disabling certain tags in the config, some items kept their tags, which are also the items that happen to not stack… In this test I disable uncommon and stackable tags because I knew I had dirt that would not stack. The stack of 5 and 9 refuse to stack together, and the one maintained tags even though it was disable. After placing the block with the tags and breaking it, it removed the tags and went into the stack without tags.

I isolated all of the items with tags still and removed their lore, going to test tomorrow if the issue arises again. I'm thinking it has something to do with items obtained before the plugin was installed.

The issue appeared to be the old items obtained before plugin installation, if anyone has the same issue, remove the lore from old items so they can regenerate if they are not stacking.
