I have a variety of custom sword models. I would like my players to be able to obtain them on their current sword. I know I can do this manually by changing the custom model number on their sword, but I would like it to be done via crafting,anvil, or smithing table. However, if they craft the custom item using a sword in a crafting table, all enchantments are lost. What would be the best method to work around this to have them be able to use their current sword and upgrade it to the custom model without losing enchants?
