Hello again. Is there any configuration to set the size of the text that appears on screen when the resoursepack is loaded?

Actually some clients cannot see the text beacuse fill all the screen? Any way to put the size more smaller?

It's sadly impossible because it's something handled by the game.
That text cannot be scaled.
You can disable it though:

  title:
    enabled: false
