CosmeticCore and it's API

Hi! a Question about CosmeticCore and it's API,

I recently discovered that Cosmin takes priority in hats with CosmeticCore.

I asked Sachin, the creator of Cosmin, if he could add support for this, so CosmeticCore can take priority in hats. Sachin asked if the CosmeticCore API has a maven repo, or if it must be used directly in the jar?

If it's also possible to add a method to tell the type of accessory player is wearing (HAT, BALLON or BACKPACK) in the dev.lone.cosmeticscore.api.temporary.CosmeticAccessor class, would be amazing!!
