Tools properties: Mining_Speed?

Hi,
I was wondering if there is an option so I can make pickaxes not just have more durability, but also faster than netherite, something like "mining_speed" (I want this at its natural state so it can become faster using haste and efficiency on vanilla standards. I'm trying to avoid efficency X and stuff)

Efficiency is mining speed. You can add efficiency enchant and hide the enchantment, so it won't show in the lore. Try and see if that's what you want,

I understand that this is a solution to make pickaxes faster, but this is not what I want.
I am creating new ores and kinda follow "minecraft rules". Basically like they did to wood, stone, iron, diamond tools, they are better because of the material used, they all can be enchanted to Efficiency V, Unbreaking V and so on.
So I need this 'property' to set a speed for my pickaxe once crafted.
Hope this clarifies the idea.
