Resource reload failed

I haven't touched my itemadder resource pack in 1-3 days and ever since i tried to do /iazip it will just kick all players and our client say that it fails to reload. I left my clients log file to who ever can help me out i appreciate it if i could get a fast response as i need player online fast. There is not many errors in my console for items adder except duplicate textures but that shouldn't cause this as they have been there for ages.

Hi, Volunteer here,

Looks like you have some errors (mostly shader files) with the resourcepack. I would recommend removing all the packs and try adding one by one to see which is causing the issue and looking into that folder. Also please try to enter the server with a default Minecraft client without any mods / shaders as well.
If this doesn't work, please share the latest.log after you run /iazip.
