ItemsAdder doesn't work on my Velocity server (Paper).

Hello! I can't resolve the problem about 5 days or even more. I was re-reading guide by ItemsAdder installing much times. (https://itemsadder.devs.beer/plugin-usage/resourcepack-hosting/resourcepack-on-dropbox), but it doesn't help.

I have Velocity server, which working on Paper, 1.19.3 version.

List of plugins: EssentialsX and EssentialsXSpawn, ItemsAdder (3.3.1 version), LoneLibs, ProtocolLib, Spark, WorldEdit and WorldGuard. That's all basic plugins and I think it's not reason of the problem.

Please explain in detail what happens, this report includes 0 information about what you tried, what is not working and what you expect to happen.
I also have no idea of how your network is structured.

Yes. I tried to upload default resource pack through Dropbox, I did everything according to the guide, but every time I getting error "[Pack] Resourcepack URL is valid (external-host). Url: https://www.dropbox.com/s/s3oypz2rjk3urc9/generated.zip?raw=1".

pack url reports 404, can you check?

LoneDev Yes, because I changed my link. I fixed it, there was stupid problem. Thanks!
