Lags with resourcepack

Hi, i have been dealing with this problem little longer now. Its about that when i join the server and accept to download the resourcepack as usually, minecraft gets all lagy and its really strange, because without the resourcepack its going smooth and fine, i wanted to record a video, but on the video it look the same, but for players its really not.. Is any fix to that? (im using self-host) and my fps says that im still on 200 so its not that my pc is bad.

Hello, can I join your server to see the issue?
My username is LoneDev and I own a premium account.

This might be due to how the game actually works and the lag is only happening on resourcepack loading.
This might also be related to how many high-res textures/models you have, the game doesn't really like high-res textures/models.

Please include your server address for me to join and also provide the output of /version command.

But now, i tried to join the server with my normal minecraft, without any clients (badlion etc..) and its not lagging, but my friend who is on normal minecraft is still lagging, so im like really confused.. (if you will join the server, just join to the survival.)

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't have much time right now, anyway it's really weird that you can't connect, since you're on whitelist, since I tested it I can connect normally, I tried to give you direct permission (bypass) to connect to servers where there is maintenance, if it won't work even now, I really don't know..

I get kicked and return back to the lobby, you might have a security plugin installed maybe?

Hello, I thought I fixed it, but I was wrong. This problem still persits and i dont know why.. Also i tried to fix that you couldnt join the server, so hopefully it will work this time, if you try.
