EternalTheGod I've provided my itemsadder configuration in the zip file. It started happening after I updated a pack (rank prefixes) that isn't related with the emojis pack. All of the new ranks I added work fine without any issues but the emojis broke and can't be typed in chat without /e or pasting the unicod itemsadder.zip1MB
LoneDev Which chat plugin are you using? Which server version are you using? I need more details to identify the issue as it works fine on normal server setups, I just tested on 1.20.1 with EssentialsX chat and InteractiveChat and works fine. Thanks

LoneDev The plugin was tested using EssentialsX Chat, Venturechat, InteractiveChat, ChatControl and they all work fine. Custom formatting plugins are not guaranteed to work as I have no idea of how you're handing chat
LoneDev Did you try updating to the latest itemsadder? Your issue might be related to this PluginBugs/Issues-ItemsAdder#2967 which was fixed some days ago. Might also be related to this which will be fixed: PluginBugs/Issues-ItemsAdder#3022
