Replace a custom block by a custom block with event

Hi !
I'm looking for a way to replace a custom block (REAL_NOTE) by a custom block (REAL_WIRE) when the REAL_NOTE one is broken.

I tested a bunch of things and the only thing that worked was changing my REAL_WIRE block to furniture and using "place_furniture" instead of "replace_block".
But that's not what I want, the new placed block must be a REAL_WIRE

replace_block must work as it's a block not a furniture.
Please provide your configuration file for me to see what mistake was done
