Red & Brown Mushrooms does not consume Bone Meal when grow

I don't have particular English skills so I'm forced to use the translator but I hope I can explain the problem in the best way.

When using the bone meal on a Red_Mushroom or a Brown_Mushroom it is consumed correctly, but when the game actually tries to grow the mushroom, whether it succeeds or not, the bone meal is not consumed, I also tried with tree saplings but the problem seems to occur only with mushrooms
