Resource Pack has invalid URL?? working fine before recent restart

Fixed the issue with this link: PluginBugs/Issues-ItemsAdder#668

However I am now wondering If I ever want to add more content to my resource pack, do I always need to upload to mc-packs in order to create that new resource pack file? Or will it do it automatically?
