Mods model breaks with item-adder resourcepack

I have a server with some friends and we use both plugins and mods, I know it is not the recomended, but we were able to deal with most problens.

When I instaled the item-adder plugin, some mods textures stoped showing as expected, and the reason is due something related to the resourcepack (the problem does not happen when I remove the resoursepack)
Does anyone know if it is possible to correct this kind of problem? I saw somewhere about adding the models of the monsters from the mods in the resourcepack, but I am not so sure how to do it.

Mods have more control over the game code so the changes they can introduce are unpredictable and most of the times cause issues with plugins.
The issue you're facing seems related to the emotes feature of ItemsAdder.
It's impossible for me to fix that since your mods are editing how mobs are rendered and breaking my emotes code.
(NOTE: this is not an ItemsAdder only issue, all plugins which introduce emotes have this issue).

To fix that you have to disable emotes in config.yml of ItemsAdder and run /iazip again to regenerate the resourcepack.
