Configs folder disappearing on creation of resource pack

Recently, I uploaded the betterranks stuff to my ItemsAdder folder, and when i did /iazip and downloaded the resource pack to check if everything was ok, I realised that for some reason the configs folder of Betterranks had just vanished, and I have no clue why.
Is it a directory thing?

My directory order:

ItemsAdder/contents/iainternal/resourcepack/assets/iainternal/betterranks/

ItemsAdder doesn't delete config folders, the issue relies somewhere else

Configs folder is serveur side / plugin folder, like any other plugin configuration file
Resources pack is client side

You will never get a config file in your resources pack zip :p
