My emote does not show up in the game

hello yesterday I started to create an emote following the Wiki steps, I used the blockbench plugin and followed the steps, then I created the "my_emote/resourcepack/assets/minecraft/animations/my_emote" I saved it and then I exported the model from the ItemsAdder button that adds the plugin to blockbench, and when I used the /iaemote command (name of my emote) it says that it does not exist, I tried to create a simple emote moving the hand and it did not work either.

I suggest you wipe what you have so far, and follow the tutorial very carefully. Make sure you are running /iazip after importing the emotes as well. I've followed the tutorial before, and have created working custom emotes. Just create a test emote while following it like you mentioned the simple hand movement.
