Provide more information, more as possible please, at least - we can't help you without FULL log file and better explanation of the problem.
Part of error and "plugins dosn't work" is not really helpful things.

a lot of misconfiguration, probably…
check your server core file integrity to make sure everything is up to date

I can see that you are using Linux, so check that the server has all the permissions to access all the folders.

Also, there might be a possibility that your VPS doesn't have enough ram to run this MC server... can you run a timings report?
